Dida smiled, grabbing Craig's hand and pulling him out of the store and around the corner, to a nice little coffee shop where many other couples were having coffee...and each other's faces. Dida didn't even glance at the other couples, as though their lives weren't worth even a glance from her, and just walked up to the counter, where a nice-looking young girl was chatting it up with a waiter boy who was rather cute.

Craig glanced around the room. Perfect. This was just the place for couples, the internally he was cringing from even thinking about spending time in here. He ignored these feelings, shaking his sleeves so they covered his tattoos more effectivly, and hoped that nobody noticed the flickering. He followed Dida to the counter, and asked, after looking at the menu for a moment, "What would you like?" He was personally looking at a mint-chocolate-creme drink, never have really aquiered a taste for coffee.

"Hm..." she seemed to puzzle over it for a moment before responding, "A caramel frappuccino." Now that his question had been answered, she leaned forward, a smile creeping onto her face that usually meant she was up to no good. Her hand reached out to tear something, then returned to her side just as quickly as it had shot out, and she leaned back. The female cashier suddenly cried out, as the coffee machine next to the counter she was leaning on had just malfunctioned, sending a hot spray of coffee onto her white uniform. The waiter boy seemed shocked for a moment before he rushed around the counter to help the girl, offering her a clean towel while trying to fix the coffee machine. The girl hurriedly mopped up what she could of the coffee on her skin, then joining the boy in trying to stop the coffee machine from spurting out coffee. No one noticed that Dida was the one who had caused this, as there was nothing to pinpoint her besides the truth, and eyesight that could catch such quick movements as the ones she had used.

Craig stepped back, showing much more surprise then he normally would in this situation. In a seemingly-reflex action, he grabbed Dida's arm and pulled her back with him, out of the line of fire. "Whoa. How did that happen?" he asked, completly rhetoracally. His tattoos flickered an almost never-seen color of light green. Curiosity. Something besides just a machine failure had happened, but Craig told himself that it was probably nothing. Until Rincha's words came back to him, about how there was something about Dida that wasn't trust-able. This might have something to do with that. Craig filed away the information for future use.

Dida frowned unhappily. "I don't suppose we'll be getting coffee now," she said sadly, as though the things she had wanted to do had been crushed, along with her hopes of a new boyfriend.

"I guess not." Craig said, sounding unnecessarily disappointed. He desperately thought of something else to do, to keep Dida around. He remembered a chocolate shop that he had passed before he had run into Dida and Rincha. "But I remember seeing a chocolate shop a way back, maybe they would have something." he suggested tentatively.

Dida smiled, her hopes and happiness suddenly high again. "That sounds fantastic," she said, sounding happy once more

Craig smiled and uncontiously took her hand as he led her out of the coffee shop and down the street, in the direction of the chocolate shop that he had only noticed to scoff at the person forced to stand on the street corner all day to help attract costomers.

This was going quite well. The school year hadn't even begun yet and already Dida almost had herself a good-looking boyfriend. She smiled contentedly as she followed Craig down the street.

"There it is." said Craig, pointing to a shop across the street.. The advertiser was still there, his enthusiasm even more trasparent then before. Obviously lookin exesivly exited about his job was part of the contract.

"It looks amazing," Dida said, sounding as though the mere sight of the shop had taken her breath away. She loved chocolate more than anything, and this shop seemed full of it. Absolutely filled with brown chocolate.

Craig grinned, squezed her hand, and started across the street. He had a flawless mask of happyness and nervousness. In reality, he was chuckling to himslef. This was just way to easy. Dida had bought his story completly, and was now practically salivating after him. It might even be enough to impress Rincha enough to get her off his case.

Upon entering the shop, Dida immediately rushed over to the counter, where chocolate was displayed beneath a layer of glass. Behind the counter a girl stood, watching them with bored eyes. Her perfectly straight hair was long and a chocolate brown color, going down to her waist. She wore a cute maid-like uniform, the kind you never see in reality but only in manga and anime. Dida examined the chocolate thoroughly, weighing all of her options and not even glancing at the girl behind the counter. OOC: Girl is Run, just btw. The face is completely different from Run's face and the face of Rincha, but Run is just magical like that :

ooc- Ah, I see. Spying on them, is she?
Craig walked up to the counter and looked at the chocolite. He was immediatly seriously considering the carmel-filled selection, but for some odd reason he couldn't concentrate on what type of chocolate he wanted, becuase his eyes kept getting drawm back to the girl behind the counter. There was absolutly nothing remarkable around her, but for some reason, he was getting the same felling that he got around Rincha. But the person behind the counter obviously wasn't Rincha. Maybe she was just another student at their school? Craig shoved it aside, not sure why he was being so distracted. Usually when he had something to do, nothing could get him off track. So instead, he turned to Dida and asked, "Do you like carmel?"

Dida finally ripped her eyes away from the chocolates, smiling at Craig "Yes, it's very delish." The girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at Dida's vocabulary, as though she found it obnoxious. Her face seemed bored still, like she hoped that the two of them would hurry up and leave already, or at least decide on something.

"Could we get a box of the carmel ones?" Craig asked the sales person. He turned back to Dida. "Unless there's anything else you'd like?" he asked.

"Caramel sounds yummy." Dida said, smiling at Craig. Chocolate was one of her favorite things to eat, although caramel was sometimes repulsive...but not if you ate it fresh. Old chocolate was never good, and caramel always melted over everything, sticking it all together and forcing the objects to live together. The girl at the counter didn't even hesitate when Craig did, already bending down to get the chocolates he pointed at, placing them inside a cute little silver tin, her gloved fingers handling the chocolates carefully. A soft expression was on her face as she handled the chocolates, and then it was gone as she straightened up, placing the tin on the counter and looking bored again, announcing the price to Craig.

Craig smiled and paid, before picking up the tin and leading Dida to a secluded corner of the smallish shop. It was not possible to stay completly away from the other costemers, but this place offered a bit more privacy. It also had a practical reason behind it. Craig didn't want to deal with more people then absolutly necessary today.

Dida followed Craig, a smile on her face. This day was going so well....
The girl at the counter flinched, then returning to her bored state, as though nothing had perturbed her. If one had blinked, they might have missed it all together.

Craig selected a two seat table, setting down the tray of chocolates before pulling out a chair and offering it to Dida. Girls just love flattery, even if he knew he was overdoing way to much. but that was half of his plan to get to her better.

Dida smiled, sitting in the chair and looking quite pleased with Craig's gentlemanliness. Yes, he would make a perfect "friend."
The girl at the counter looked displeased with something, although it didn't seem to be any of the customers, but a bit of chocolate that had melted. She scooped up the pieces of melted goo and then adjusted the temperature of the chocolate before throwing the goop away.

Craig grinned to himself. Overdoing it obviously worked with Dida. He walked the circumfrence of the round table, and sat himself in the seat oppisite. His jacket sleve jerked up for a moment when his arm twisted behind himself, perfectly exposing the flickering orange tattoo. With forced nonchalance that was a little to stiff to be genuine, Craig adjusted his cuff, obsuring the tattoo again. Smiling he turned towards Dida. "So, what do you think?" he aksed, gesturing around the cafe.

"Oh, it's nice," Dida said a bit absentmindedly, her eyes lingering on his hidden tattoo a moment before returning to the chocolate on the table, which she reached for and began to nibble thoughtfully on, like she was preoccupied with something else.
Oh, it's very nice indeed, isn't it, darling? Another one to manipulate... the girl at the counter thought darkly, although her face and eyes betrayed none of this emotion flowing like a raging ocean inside of her. It never did, when she willed it not to be so.

Craig had to restrain the flash of irritation across his face. From the direction of her eyes, he could tell that she had seen his tattoo, but more then that, she also was interested in finding out more. He idly picked up a chocolate, allowing a hint of a broken face to cross over his features, half-hidden by a seeming clumsy attempt to hide his emotions. The person he was trying to be was reacting to her distant comment.

OOC: I want to smash things...
Dida noticed the look on Craig's face, and looked a bit shocked for a moment at her own clumsiness. Staring at the chocolate in her hand, Dida thought quickly of how to fix her slip-up. Obviously she had hurt Craig's feelings by being distracted so easily by such a simple thought... "What do you hope to achieve at school?" she asked finally, attempting some sort of small-talk to make Craig smile again...or at least not be broken by her inattention to him.
The girl behind the counter quietly turned and slipped through a door behind the counter as a different boy replaced her post at the counter, looking much more energetic than she.

Well, I hope to learn more about figthing and freaks in general, so I can lauch an all-out war on them. Once I gain enough support, af course. Uh-huh. Since Craig couldn't really say that, he had to scramble to come up with a viable answer. He put up a theartical sigh, and down cast his eyes. "Honestly? My father sent me here. He's a big cooperate giant, but wants to live his ambitions through me. It's really annoying, but it's not like I have a choice in the matter. I want to get out of here as soon as possible." he paused, evaluating his statement, before addind, "But now that I'm here, it might not be so bad..." He was sure to smile warmly at Dida as he said this.

Dida smiled wistfully, seeming far away, "At least you have a father...even if he isn't the best of fathers..." Then she returned to earth, looking at Craig, a hopeful glimmer in her eye, "But you're going to stay, right?"

Craig nodded. "Probably. It's better then I thought it would be." Sencing the need for a topic change, Craig documented the new information, to be returned to at a later date, and cast his mind out for a new topic. "I didn't realize it would be this nice," he admitted. "I was thinking that this was going to some boot camp type boarding school, where you are cut off from society for months, fed only greul, and expected to exceed all expectations in a four by four foot room.
